Question 1.- What will you do to understand my needs?

Our Answer: If you are in Christchurch, we will meet you either at your location, or you can come meet us at our office. If you are not local to Christchurch, we will set up a web conference so we can still meet face-to-face. Once together, we will spend whatever time is needed to understand your business or organisations needs. Without such prelimiary effort, the resulting website may be visually pleasing, but may miss the mark altogether.

2.- What materials and information will you need me to provide?

Our Answer: If you have logos, product pictures, photos of key personnel and of course text content this will help. If you don’t we will help you to produce whatever materials will be needed.

3.- How will you help distinguish my website from everyone else’s?

Our Answer: In selecting a look-and-feel for your website we will show you several variations, so the final product will reflect your desires, not simply those of our staff and we won’t stop showing you additional styles until you are totally satisfied.

4.- Will you host my website as well as design it?

Our Answer: Yes, and that is a very significant difference. As New Zealand has periodic interruptions in its local hosting, we choose to host all of our sites in the U.S. Not only will you have a more reliable website, but the cost will be less than is obtainable locally. Our U.S. data centre has a better than 99.9% uptime record and this will insure reliable visibility for your website worldwide as well as here in New Zealand.

5.- What will the total cost be for my website?

Our Answer: Total costs for website design will generally range between NZ$1,250 (Maximum 5 page general site) to NZ$2,750 (15 page general site). Sites requiring basic database functions and or e-commerce solutions (credit card processing) will have total costs in the range of NZ$3,000 - $4,500.
